Please be aware of our order policies:
All orders are custom and require signed documentation along with a 50% nonrefundable deposit. This 50% deposit is considered approval of your order.
All sales are FINAL; we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Once the order is placed, any changes will incur a $90.00 change order fee to cover administrative time/costs involved in re-submitting paperwork etc. for client approval.
Site surveys are $250 within a 25 mile radius of our shop, are conducted in your home, scheduled for a one hour consultation with an ASW representative and are 50% refundable with the placement of an order. More than 25 miles? Call us and we'll work it out.
Shipping of customer’s order to home or job site address supplied by the customer or contractor via Atlanta Specialty Woods truck. The customer/contractor must be present to leave the customer’s order at the home or job site.
If the customer/contractor is not present the customer’s order will not be left at the home or job site.
Full payment of any remaining balance must be made at the time of delivery.
The customer’s order will not be left without full payment of any remaining balance. In the event that a customer’s order is not left at the customer’s home or job site, requiring a 2nd delivery trip, the customer is liable for any delivery charges.
Atlanta Specialty Woods delivery teams WILL NOT bring orders into any upstairs spaces. Our delivery teams leave material on the lower level only. The area where the customer/contractor would prefer to have the order left must be clear and ready for the order to be placed in the preferred area.
Installations must be scheduled through the office of Atlanta Specialty Woods.
All sales orders completed at Atlanta Specialty Woods (custom and general) are FINAL. Atlanta Specialty Woods does not issue refunds or exchanges for unused materials.
Custom orders require customer approval via signature. Once Atlanta Specialty Woods receives approval on custom orders any changes made to that order will have a 25% restocking fee assessed.
After order approval and deposit receipt, please allow 6-8 weeks for custom orders to be completed. Customers will be notified once their order is complete. Upon notification of the completion of their order customers have 7 business days to pick up that order (unless the order is being shipped by Atlanta Specialty Woods). Any orders remaining in our possession past 7 business days after notification has been given will be charged a $50.00 per week storage fee. Any orders remaining in our warehouse more than 4 weeks after notification of completion become property of Atlanta Specialty Woods.
Full payment of any remaining balance must be made prior to ASW delivery.
The customer must be present to receive delivery of product at the specified time of delivery and at the specified delivery location. If the customer is not present for receipt of delivery our office will be notified by the driver and the client will be contacted immediately. If our office is unsuccessful after 3 attempts or 15 minutes, then the driver will be instructed to return to our shop. Any additional attempts to deliver the product will incur additional delivery fees and a $90.00 administrative fee to be paid in full before any additional attempts are made.

Customer Acknowledges they are purchasing reclaimed material and this material may have defects, bolt/nail holes, color variations, and other imperfections inherent to reclaimed material. Reclaimed lumber may also vary in length, width, and thicknesses. Actual sizes may vary after fabrication.
Disclaimer Rustic White Oak
Our rustic white oak lumber is a natural product and may have unknown amounts of knots, splits, checks, cracks, color variations and other characteristics of rustic grade natural lumber products. Actual sizes may vary after fabrication.
Our slab lumber is from naturally felled trees or has been removed responsibly by a licensed arborist. Because slab lumber is a natural wood product it is subject to naturally occurring defects such as color variations, checks, splits, cracks, knot holes, and other imperfections. Actual sizes may vary after fabrication.
Each installation is different and may require additional charges from original price based on actual job site parameters.
ASW staff will determine any additional work that needs to be performed to complete a professionally installed project.
Client will be notified immediately upon identification.
Client will approve additional charges before work is completed.
Antique Beam Disclaimer
Customer Acknowledges this is a reclaimed antique timber (random species) and may have defects, bolt/nail holes, color variations, and other imperfections inherent to reclaimed material. Reclaimed antique timbers are within +/- 1" of the specified dimensions required. Timbers have been processed and treated for bugs with a borate solution. We make no guarantees besides.
By taking delivery of reclaimed material the customer acknowledges they are purchasing reclaimed material. Antique barnwood will vary in length, width, and thickness. This reclaimed material may have defects, bolt/nail holes, color variations, and other imperfections inherent to reclaimed materials! Actual sizes may vary after fabrication.
Cypress Graywood Disclaimer
Our cypress graywood has a natural gray patina. This lumber varies in length, width, thickness, and texture. Cypress will have variations in color and grain pattern.
